Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Ontario Ltd. as a Production Line Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic moulding machines to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain plastic moulding machines to produce high-quality products
  • Weigh resins, colorants, and other chemicals according to formulae
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced
  • Place weighed materials in mixing machines
  • Operate mixing machines to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution
  • Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products
  • Follow formulation cards to mix resin batches for injection moulding processes
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
  • Ability to distinguish between colours
  • Repetitive tasks
