Job Summary

The Retail Store Leadership Expert will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting a culture of respect and accountability, and managing the store budget to achieve financial results.

This role requires a strong leader who can inspire their team members, recruit and train them, and ensure their health and well-being. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of management experience in retail or wholesale, with expertise in operations, customer service, people management, and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support sales growth by working with the store's team, the sales representative, and the regional management team.
  • Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork, and help recruit and train team members.
  • Manage the store budget and take steps to continuously improve financial results.
  • Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of management experience in retail or wholesale.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
