**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our WM Monitoring team, which builds and executes complex surveillance models that focus on monitoring FA sales practices, suitability of client holdings and market abuse activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Elicit, analyze, and generate Business requirements documents (including Agile user stories, proof of concept models, and supporting documentation).
- Analyze data sets to determine data gaps and work with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap.
- Liaise with the development team to ensure the product is developed according to specifications.
- Conduct Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), write and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test plan.
- Create and manage the overall project plan at the project level; and escalate delays to the program lead.
**Requirements**
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar, and at least 5 years of experience in global organizations as a Technical Business Analyst. Proficiency in Data Analysis with an understanding of business requirements, working experience in SQL, relational databases, and data presentation are essential.
**Additional Information**
The successful candidate will have established technical knowledge in software development life cycle and agile methodologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an international team setting.
