Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Elavathinkal Retail Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare sales reports, and resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Customer Service: Sell merchandise, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
- Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
- Work Setting: Rural area, retail business.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
- Other Benefits: Free parking available, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
