Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY SANDWICHES. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and portioned to meet quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that food is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
