Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to placement, for assigned and unassigned roles, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates to our clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective, active, and placed candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of top talent.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Utilize cutting-edge recruitment methods and tools to source and identify candidates for current and future needs.
- Work closely with our account managers to understand client requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Coach and develop junior recruiters to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our recruitment strategies remain effective.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the IT staffing industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and tools, including applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- University degree or relevant experience.
