Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance and operations.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- English language proficiency.
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will be required to work on site at our hotel, with no option to work remotely.
