Key Responsibilities:
- Assist orthodontists and dental hygienists in providing optimal patient care, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for all patients.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment, adhering to strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Organize and maintain a clean and sterile clinical area, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of trust, respect, and cooperation.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records, as needed.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of the Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) program and certification.
- Experience working in an orthodontic office or similar healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
