About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at RITA SALES ITF A. SALES. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to adults and seniors in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with feeding
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the client's needs
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent full-time position, 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
