At Little Caesars, we are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, the Chef will be responsible for maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory. The Chef will also be expected to demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to our cooking staff, create new recipes, and prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets. This includes preparing and cooking food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions, as well as requisitioning food and kitchen supplies and arranging for equipment purchases and repairs. The Chef will work closely with clients to plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities, plan menus, and ensure food meets quality standards. The Chef will also be responsible for training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour work week and requires English language proficiency.
