Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers to promote a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
