Job Title: Pricing Strategy Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Manager to join our team at MillerCoors Brewing Company. As a Pricing Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading customer-specific strategic plans to drive topline growth and profit maximization across the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Support Strategic Decisions: Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive net sales revenue and maximize profit.
  • Category & Channel Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute category and channel strategies, including assortment, net pricing, and contractual investment.
  • Category Price Management: Define and articulate the role of pricing and promotion within assigned categories, grounded in consumer and shopper insights.
  • Competitor Analysis: Evaluate competitor pricing strategies and analyze the impact on Molson brands, developing playbook and recommendations to address business impacts.
  • Price & Volume Impact Analysis: Lead recommendations and secure decisions on ad-hoc price analysis, including price and volume impact analysis leveraging different elasticity factors.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of progressive commercial experience in trade marketing, finance, business intelligence, or strategy with demonstrated success in turning analytics and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or another analytical discipline.
