Senior Project Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Control Specialist to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate current project status against established baselines to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assess the impact of design or construction changes and schedule slippages on project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts to visualize project progress.
  • Customize project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
  • Accumulate historical data to inform future planning and forecasting.
  • Supervise and provide performance reviews for junior Project Control Engineers/Specialists and/or support personnel.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of prior project controls experience.
  • Prior exposure to project management activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Desired Skills:
  • Exposure to Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project.
  • French language skills are an asset.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
