About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Control Specialist to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in the planning, design, and execution of complex engineering and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cost control systems to provide project management with necessary tools for project cost control.
  • Participate in the development of work breakdown structures and interface with Procurement, Engineering, and Finance Departments.
  • Prepare and process input to the cost control system for all cost reports.
  • Prepare graphs, diagrams, and other exhibits to illustrate cost status and forecast requirements for Project Management and clients.
  • Analyze and evaluate current status against established baseline schedules and assess the impact of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
  • Report schedule status to all levels of project and Company management as well as to the Client.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field) as well as 3+ years of related work experience, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Working knowledge of various software used in the Project Controls Department, such as Excel, Primavera, and Document and Materials Controls System (DMCS).
