About the Role

Elevate RS Corp is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Control Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of the QC Department and team, ensuring compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement procedures for quality management, including monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure the quality management system is effective and efficient.
  • Collaborate with top management to report on the performance of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of inspection and calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background and knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, and processes.
  • Experience with quality management software and tools.
