About the Role

Elevate RS Corp is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Control Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of the QC Department and team, ensuring that all quality-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to meet customer, internal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure that our quality management systems remain effective and compliant.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background and knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
