Scope of Position
\We consider customer success a high-growth area and mission-critical to our revenue growth and overall success. As such, we're seeking a best-in-breed software executive to assume the challenging and rewarding role of Vice President of Customer Success.
\Key Responsibilities
\The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals focused on ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our products. This includes developing and executing strategic plans to drive customer adoption, retention, and advocacy.
\Requirements
\- 10+ years of experience in software support and/or implementation, preferably in a SaaS environment.
\- 5+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in enterprise sales or international settings.
\- Strong leadership skills, with experience building and leading large customer support organizations.
