Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at DJ TRILLIUM LTD. as a Construction Laborer.

Job Summary:

The Construction Laborer will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, operating heavy equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials
  • Perform pre-operational inspection
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Reliability, team player, hardworking, time management, and accountability
  • Free parking available, on-site amenities, permanent employment, English language, 35 hours per week
