Canadian Natural Resources Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil/Structural Engineering student to join our team as a student engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the design and construction of oil sands facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the engineering team in designing and constructing oil sands facilities
  • Apply engineering principles to complete design calculations and drawings
  • Develop and analyze structural finite element models
  • Create bill of materials to support cost estimates
  • Write technical reports and inspect construction work on site
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree Program in Civil Engineering or within one year of graduation
  • Previous engineering experience and proficiency in technical communication are assets
  • Possess a valid Class 5 Alberta driver's license or equivalent out of province license with a reasonably clean driver abstract
