Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Account Management Professional at Soucy, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal management of all commercial activities related to the customer base. Your mandate will be to develop long-term contractual agreements, monitor and ensure compliance with business rules, and optimize the business relationship of assigned accounts.

Key Activities:
  • Participate in the development of long-term contractual agreements
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with business rules
  • Optimize the business relationship of assigned accounts
  • Provide exceptional service in all dealings with existing and potential customers
  • Obtain, share and track customer purchase forecasts
  • Track sales opportunities using Salesforce
  • Take part in product development projects with the engineering team
  • Organize and participate in various sales events
  • Create and present sales proposals to customers
  • Act as liaison between customers, internal team and supervisor
  • Occasionally visit key customers
  • Prospect and seek out new customers
  • Achieve business objectives
