About Wright Tree Service of Canada

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Snow and Landscape Technician. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient removal of snow and ice from commercial properties, as well as performing various landscape maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Fertilizing and pest control services for trees and plants
  • Landscape maintenance, including pruning, mowing, and edging
  • Planting and stump grinding
  • Operating skid-steer equipment for snow removal and landscape tasks
  • Driving sanding trucks to clear parking lots
  • Operating plow trucks for overnight snow removal
  • Ensuring a safe work environment and enforcing safety protocols
  • Communicating with customers and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on an infrequent basis and up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis
  • Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record and air brakes endorsement
  • First-Aid and CPR certification preferred
  • Ability to work long hours, including overtime and weekends
  • Adherence to Wright Tree Service of Canada's policies and procedures
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and wear personal protective equipment
