Cleaning Operations Manager

SRS Property Mgmt Corporation seeks a seasoned professional to oversee cleaning operations. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills to excel in this key role.
About the RoleThis position requires someone who can effectively manage and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are met. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff:
- Identify top candidates through thorough recruitment processes, provide comprehensive training, and develop team members' skills to ensure they meet company expectations.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities:
- Maintain a productive and efficient work environment by overseeing daily tasks, providing constructive feedback, and addressing any issues promptly.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities:
- Regularly inspect properties to guarantee adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Services and Maintenance:
- Assess and recommend additional services required to maintain property conditions, such as repairs, renovations, or equipment replacement.
- Financial Management:
- Accurately record financial transactions, including payment receipt and management.
- Payment and Coordination:
- Process payments efficiently and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
- Establish Work Schedules:
- Create and manage work schedules that meet business needs while accommodating employee requirements.
