Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at MasterBrand Cabinets LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for processes and equipment, as well as developing and implementing process improvements to enhance our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operations staff to troubleshoot process issues and improve efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing operations, including standard work packages and operator maintenance documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve process issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process sheets and operator manuals
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in an engineering or engineering technologist program (mechanical or industrial)
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process environment
  • Eligible for registration with APEGM or CET an asset
  • Experience participating in or leading technical problem-solving, including root cause analysis
  • Project management experience and/or PMP certification an asset
