Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Guillevin International. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving and processing inventory, managing stock levels, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process inventory shipments, verifying quantities and quality of merchandise received
  • Manage stock levels, including placing and locating merchandise in stock, and reporting any missing or damaged items
  • Prepare customer orders accurately and on time, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and best practices
  • Assist with counter service and merchandising, providing excellent customer service and support

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment; experience with inventory management software an asset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift loads up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
