RJM Tax & Accounting Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying clients' financial goals and objectives, managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements, and planning, setting up and administering accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis: Analyze clients' financial records to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for financial planning.
- Accounting Systems: Plan, set up and administer accounting systems to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial information for individuals, departments or companies, and provide recommendations for financial planning and decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
