Job Title: SAP Implementation Lead

At Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited, we are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of SAP solutions to support our Record to Report business function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects to design and implement SAP solutions
  • Work with senior business leaders to develop a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs
  • Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and follow SAP best practices
  • Architect and design SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensure integrity of design through to implementation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role leading a team of SAP professionals
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios
  • Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Architect
