**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Lead to join our team at Addmore Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of SAP solutions to support our clients' business functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements
* Work with senior business leaders to develop a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs
* Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals
* Collaborate with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and follow SAP best practices
* Ensure integrity of all solutions through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 10 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior lead role, either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals
* Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios
* Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Solution Architect
* History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes
* Proven ability of SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget
* Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery
* Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills
* Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff
* Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
