Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at R&G MacDonald Enterprises Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, and prepare and submit reports as needed.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and walking frequently. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
