Job Description
  • Calculate and Prepare Cheques for Payroll: You will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, ensuring timely payment to employees.
  • Fixed Assets and Depreciation: You will calculate fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Financial Records and Accounts: You will maintain general ledgers and financial statements, establishing and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Reports and Returns: You will prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports, including tax returns.
Requirements
  • Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Education: A college or CEGEP diploma from a program of 1-2 years is required.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
