Key Responsibilities
  • Support the overall HR functions within the branch setting, working collaboratively with the National Service Centre HR Business Partner
  • Handle all telephone and written inquiries relating to hiring and selection, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Recruit and select candidates for field employees, administrative staff, and supervisory positions
  • Manage the benefits program, including probation, arrears, and leave of absence reports
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, including branch meetings and health and safety initiatives
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with expertise in recruitment, performance management, and WSIB claims management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations objectively and professionally
  • Intermediate-level computer skills using MS Office applications, HRIS, and ATS
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (for travel to branch locations)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; French fluency is required for Quebec locations
