Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at KANDA RESTHAVEN CONVENIENCE STORE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff and management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining records, managing supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless communication between departments and teams.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects, including planning, organizing, and executing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Supervision: Supervise and train junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
