We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafe Manager to join our team at Prado Cafe Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they are meeting their performance targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and growth, including social media marketing, promotions, and events.
  • Financial Management: Manage the cafe's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all products, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the cafe is maintained in a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting their performance targets and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel and point of sale systems.
