Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Program Development: Design, plan, and implement key initiatives for customer marketing programs, working closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on customers and prospects in addressable markets, providing valuable insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement campaigns to reinforce product unique value propositions, company value, and brand philosophy, leveraging multiple digital channels and event marketing tactics.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitive shifts, and market dynamics, supporting new growth and company initiatives.
  • Brand Identity and Guidelines: Serve as the go-to person for all company communication guidelines and brand identity, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage communications and content across all digital channels, including email, social media, and web.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Work with the team to develop reporting standards to measure campaign effectiveness and cross-functional metrics.
  • Brand Visibility and Awareness: Lead efforts to increase brand visibility and awareness through strategic initiatives such as conference participation, digital marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.
  • Marketing Asset Development: Own, lead, and develop marketing assets for email campaigns, collateral, social posts, event tools, customer surveys, and digital ads.
  • A/B Testing and Performance Initiatives: Coordinate A/B testing and other digital marketing performance initiatives to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Customer and Prospect Database Management: Maintain customer and prospecting database, improving segmentation and key personalization criteria.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the customer success team to develop broad customer marketing initiatives and set up marketing tech stack and maintain key reporting tools.
  • Agency and Freelancer Coordination: Coordinate efforts with third-party agencies and freelancers as needed.
  • Content Theme Introduction: Introduce key themes for content to support community and customer success efforts.
  • Sales and Business Development Qualification: Implement a qualification process for sales and business development.
  • Social Media and SEO: Leverage out-of-the-box content and methods to maximize social channels and oversee SEO and discoverability efforts to maintain a global footprint.
Requirements
  • Marketing Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in the software and tech industry.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer behavior and market trends.
  • Project Management: Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity: Highly creative and diverse campaign success in multiple digital channels and event marketing.
  • Software and Tech Experience: Experience in the software and tech industry, with a strong understanding of SaaS, B2B, and CRM.
  • Non-Profit Sector Knowledge: Knowledge of the non-profit sector is a plus.
  • Social Media Management: Proficient in social media management, including strategic planning, content development, scheduling, and posting.
