Marketing Coordinator

Harco Fittings, a member of the IPEX group of companies, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. As a key member of the Channel Marketing team, you will collaborate with the Channel Marketing Manager to execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to produce engaging marketing collateral.
  • Manage inventory levels of marketing materials and coordinate reprints as needed.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including website.
  • Coordinate trade show participation, including booth logistics, staffing schedules, and promotional materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing marketing campaigns and related roles.
  • Experience in website content creation and SEO optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.

Occasional travel between Canada and the US is required for this role. The successful candidate will need to maintain their right to travel between both countries throughout their employment at IPEX.
