Educator for Early Childhood Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Educator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Saint John, Canada. As an ECE, you will play a vital role in the development and education of young children in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement educational programs and activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that supports children's physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Assess children's developmental progress, identifying areas of strength and need, and develop strategies to support their learning.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's learning and well-being, and communicate regularly with them about their child's progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom that reflects the values of our organization.
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Valid ECE certification in Canada.
- Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a group setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
