As an Insurance Branch Lead with Western Financial Group, you will leverage your insurance expertise to effectively manage and support your team in achieving established sales targets, while prioritizing employee engagement and client retention.

A typical day in this role may involve:

  • Providing guidance and coaching to your team, identifying succession plans to ensure seamless growth and development.
  • Developing and executing business, budget, and sales strategies to drive results and achieve goals.
  • Championing, communicating, and implementing corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Reviewing and completing audits on processes, documentation, and correspondence to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Engaging in continuous self-development through industry and community involvement, as well as relevant courses to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

This role requires:

  • A General Insurance Level 2 License
  • At least 3 years of insurance experience
  • Supervisory experience is an asset
  • Involvement in industry-related associations and community activities
  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for helping others, being self-driven, and determined to succeed

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $52,000 - $79,000
  • A full-time position with 37.5 hours per week
