Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Support Specialist to join our Customer Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our external customer base, ensuring their success with our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with customers to transform their business challenges into customizations within our product, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Act as a product expert, providing technical leadership and expertise to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Issue Resolution: Work with customers to anticipate, identify, and respond to issues they experience with our solutions, addressing their technical concerns and requests.
  • Knowledge Management: Create and maintain knowledge-based articles and documentation to support other support team members and customers.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Technical Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical, customer-facing support role, with strong knowledge of data and database management systems.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience maintaining accurate customer interaction documentation.
