About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team at Great Canadian Oil Change. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluid Maintenance: Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of our equipment.
  • Assist Mechanics: Provide support to our mechanics and perform other duties as directed to ensure the efficient operation of our maintenance team.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment to maintain their performance and extend their lifespan.
  • Tire Repair and Maintenance: Repair and balance tires to ensure safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.
  • Filter Replacement: Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain their performance and extend their lifespan.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines to meet.
  • Hand-Eye Coordination: Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination to perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
  • Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods to perform tasks that require standing.
Weight Handling
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs): Lift and move objects weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required.
