Job Description for Site Support Specialist

Matha Civil Construction Ltd is seeking a Site Support Specialist to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to site locations.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for future use.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Support tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by site supervisors.

This role requires strong physical abilities and the ability to work at heights. If you have experience in construction and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we encourage you to apply.


Requirements

  • Experience in construction is an asset.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Working Conditions

This role requires working on site and must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.


On-Site Work
