Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a lasting positive impression for them
- Optimize the appointment schedule to ensure a full day with minimal gaps
- Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate patient databases
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from providers, and manage and file all patient records and charts
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
