Ten 4 System Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven General Manager, Sales who can lead our sales team to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
