Ten 4 System Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team.

Job Summary:

The General Manager, Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the trucking industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to address areas for improvement.
