About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 10682578 CANADA INC. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high standards of quality and freshness.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to optimize food preparation and minimize waste.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met in all aspects of food service, including food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management and minimize losses.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
