We are seeking a seasoned Regional Project Manager Leader to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in program management, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams. Additionally, they will be familiar with industry-standard software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other database programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project teams through all phases of project development, from initiation to closure
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize project performance

Requirements

- 15 years of experience in program management, preferably in infrastructure/buildings/utility projects
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex projects and teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to travel regularly to support projects

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Construction Management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
