Compétences requises

  • Détenir un permis de conduire valide ainsi qu'une voiture;
  • Voyagement occasionnel au Canada et aux États-Unis.

Responsabilités

  • Responsable de la marque Au Pain Doré pour le volet retail/épicerie :
    • Participer au déploiement de la stratégie marketing. Développer et coordonner le plan de communication annuel de la marque en fonction des objectifs stratégique et assurer sa performance;
    • Participer à l'élaboration du plan budgétaire et en assurer le suivi;
    • Aligner la création de contenus marketing pour la marque, incluant les publicités, le contenu numérique et les réseaux sociaux;
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de ventes afin de maximiser les ventes et optimiser les lancements, événements et la relation client.
  • Veille concurrentielle, études de marché et analyses :
    • Maintenir une compréhension approfondie de l'industrie. Maintenir un contact permanent et une expertise des spécificités du marché, de l'industrie, des clients et de leurs secteurs d'activités;
    • Assurer une veille concurrentielle pour identifier les opportunités et les menaces potentielles pour Bridor;
    • Extraire et monter des fichiers d'analyses de tendances selon les données disponibles afin de créer des outils pertinents pour la force de ventes et d'aligner le développement de nouveaux produits;
    • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes marketing et les autres départements de l'entreprise pour identifier les besoins en données et fournir des insights utiles.
  • Tout autres tâches :
    • Assurer le suivi et coordonner le développement des emballages;
    • Assister à la conception, production et à la distribution de contenu marketing, y compris des formations, présentations, infolettres, brochures, campagnes si besoin;
    • Développer et coordonner des outils marketing : promotions, présentations, feuilles de vente, PLV, présentoirs, etc) avec les équipes et les partenaires externes;
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de ventes afin de mettre en place des activités promotionnelles efficaces et rentables;
    • Organiser et participer à des projets spéciaux (comptes clients majeurs, corporatifs, marchés, etc.).
