Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at SerVantage. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Coordinate contract services to maintain a high level of quality and reliability.
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
  • Prepare budgets and payrolls to manage resources effectively.
  • Supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Supervise in-house laundry services to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out at all times.
  • Hire and dismiss staff to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Respond to complaints of guests to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in housekeeping or facilities management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
  • Standing for extended periods required.
