Food Service Manager

Saskatchewan Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Establish and maintain a positive work environment, supervising kitchen staff and helpers to achieve exceptional results.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Client-focused and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and time management skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a team-oriented setting, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality food standards.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in our restaurant.
Hours:30 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
