As a key member of our legal team, you will provide critical support to our internal business and corporate teams on a wide range of issues.
About the Role- Provide administrative and drafting support for routine legal work, including business communications, corporate policies, customer agreements, partner agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling, mailing, and filing.
- Handle and track third-party legal correspondence and requests.
- Maintain confidential files and update CRM and other record-keeping systems.
- Improve legal operations by maintaining a legal library, how-to guides, reference manuals, and resource materials.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who is proficient in Microsoft Office, internet research, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Salesforce CRM.
A bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, or similar administrative work experience, is required. Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
