The Laboratory Medicine Program at the University Health Network (UHN) seeks a distinguished academic endocrinologist to join its esteemed team of pathologists. This coveted position offers an exceptional opportunity for collaboration, research, and teaching excellence in endocrinology.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly skilled academic endocrinologist with expertise in clinical, research, and teaching activities.
- The successful candidate will participate in diagnostic services, self-initiated research projects, and collaborative research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in consultation services and diagnostic workups in endocrinology.
- Conduct research in endocrinology, focusing on cutting-edge technologies and innovative approaches.
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in endocrinology, utilizing didactic and hands-on methods.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance healthcare delivery and research.
Requirements:
- A Fellowship in Anatomic Pathology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or equivalent.
- Fellowship training in anatomic subspecialty is required.
- Experience in endocrine pathology and other subspecialty areas of pathology is an asset.
Compensation:
$250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
