About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiological Technician to join our team at Fromages la Chaudière Inc. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our cheese production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation
    • Analyze data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in our cheese production process.
    • Compile records for analytical studies to support quality control decisions.
  • Laboratory Testing and Analysis
    • Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our cheese products.
    • Develop and implement new testing protocols as needed to stay ahead of industry standards.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Work closely with our production team to implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
    • Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Food Safety and Quality

Requirements
